CPR12 / TRAINING POLICIES
Terms & Conditions.
Please review these policies before paying for or requesting CPR12 training.

1. Scope and registration
These terms apply to training and services offered by CPR12 LLC, including the Learn CPR NYC – Jackson Heights training site. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a seat or confirm a private event. A booking is confirmed only after CPR12 accepts it and any required payment is received. Course schedules, locations, and availability may change.
2. Payments are final
All payments, including deposits and course fees, are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by CPR12 in writing. Please confirm the course, date, location, and applicable credential before making payment. A deposit may be applied toward the specified course balance under the terms presented at checkout.
3. Future class credit
When a student cannot attend and contacts CPR12 before the scheduled class, CPR12 may allow an eligible amount paid to be applied toward another available CPR12 class occurring within two years of the original payment date, subject to availability, any price difference, and any rescheduling terms communicated at booking. This is a class credit, not a cash refund; it cannot be redeemed for cash. Credit not used within that period expires. Credit transfers are not automatic and may not apply to special events, third-party fees, or restricted bookings.
4. No-shows and late arrivals
A participant who does not attend, or arrives too late to complete mandatory instruction, may be treated as a no-show. No-shows forfeit the amount paid and are not entitled to a refund or future class credit, except where applicable law requires otherwise or CPR12 agrees in writing. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
5. Private, family, and corporate training
Private sessions, in-home workshops, and group training are subject to a written quote or booking confirmation covering participant count, location, schedule, fees, and any travel or venue charges. Changes or cancellations may affect deposits and availability. Where specific booking terms are supplied in writing, those terms govern that booking to the extent consistent with applicable law.
6. Changes initiated by CPR12
CPR12 may reschedule or cancel training due to instructor availability, safety concerns, severe weather, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. If CPR12 cancels and cannot provide the purchased training, we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund where required by law or the circumstances of the cancellation.
7. Completion and certification
Payment and attendance alone do not guarantee a certificate or eCard. Participants must satisfy the applicable attendance, skills, assessment, and identity requirements. Eligible American Heart Association courses may result in AHA eCards; eligible CPR12 programs may provide CPR12-issued certificates. Some community workshops are educational only. Same-day certification may be available after successful completion and processing but is not guaranteed.
8. Participation and conduct
Training may involve physical practice with manikins or equipment. Tell your instructor about any accommodation needed before participating. Participants must follow reasonable safety and conduct instructions. CPR12 may remove someone whose conduct creates a safety risk, subject to applicable law.
9. Website, third parties, and privacy
Registration, payment, maps, and other features may link to third-party providers governed by their own terms. Website content is informational and does not replace emergency medical services or professional medical advice. Information submitted through forms is handled as described in our Terms & ConditionsPrivacy Policy.
10. Contact and updates
Questions about billing, class changes, or these terms should be directed to CPR12 before your scheduled session whenever possible. We may update these terms for future transactions; the version in effect at the time of your booking will generally govern that booking, subject to applicable law.
